DR. ROBERT S. DAYSE, DDS, MBA
Dr. Robert S. Dayse, born in Charleston, SC, comes from a lineage marked by dedication to service, with both parents, Robert and Sharon Dayse, veterans of the armed forces. His early exposure to dentistry through his father and mother's military service ignited a lifelong passion, harmoniously blending with his entrepreneurial zeal evident when he launched his first venture selling sandwiches in elementary school. His business prowess was honed with a master's degree in business, setting a robust foundation before entering the dental field.
Robert attended Howard University College of Dentistry, where he distinguished himself by earning multiple Awards including that for Excellence in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. After excelling in his studies, he served as Chief Resident at Howard University Hospital during his residency, continuing as an attending dentist where he trains new residents and expands his own skills through continual education.

Living in Maryland with his wife, Jaclynn, and their sons, Alexander, Michael, Matthew and Myles in addition to their bonus baby, Blue Dayse (Family Pet). Robert maintains a rich family life while leading a dynamic career. He is deeply committed to his community, driven to provide affordable dental care through his management company that serves a broad spectrum of patients, including Medicaid recipients.

Beyond his local contributions, Dr. Dayse is actively involved in international surgical missions with organizations like Surgeons for Smiles, broadening his impact on global dental health. His expertise also extends into the business sector, where he has been an advisor and investor in multiple startups, ranging from tech to brick-and-mortar establishments. His work in billing and coding practices at a Level I Trauma Center gained national recognition at the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery National Conference.
